Monday note 11-22-10

General
I hope all of you have a happy and special Thanksgiving. Remember to take some time with your family to think of all of the blessings we have received from God and to give Him special thanks. It is so easy to get wrapped up in the meal, football and the next day barrage of shopping that once again we forget to give Thanks to the one who provides it all for us. This is a short week with only 2 days and next week Dec and Advent begin. Thanks for the food items from last Friday for the dress down day. Mrs. Chilcutt and her team prepared nearly 80 food baskets for people in our church family.
Work
With a short week we have less work. There is no Friday memory since there is no Friday. There will be a spelling test tomorrow since we had only one spelling day last week. There is a science test tomorrow on chapter 3. We will start a new chapter in Social Studies after the break. We will be continuing the English chapter. There will be math as usual. There are only 2 days of Nov. next week and the book report and the monthly memory need to be completed by Tues. Nov. 30.
Sports
There is practice today and an away game tomorrow at St. Peter, Macomb. Then there is nothing till next Monday for a practice.

That is all for this week.

In His Service,
Deanna Hollrah
